A structured competency assessment framework is being applied to identify skill gaps and inform targeted capacity-building efforts. Workforce planning is being strengthened through standardized procedures to ensure the availability of qualified personnel and continuity of operations. In parallel, user-friendly standard operating procedures are being developed across key supply chain functions, including procurement, forecasting, warehousing, replenishment, and digital systems strengthening. These efforts are supporting the design and delivery of tailored training across all levels of the health system. A cascading training approach has been established to enable scalable and sustained capacity development.
