Operational processes are being streamlined to improve distribution efficiency, minimize delays, and enhance service reach across remote and underserved areas. Standardized guidelines and simplified protocols are being developed to support effective last-mile operations, enhanced with digital tools for better tracking, monitoring, and responsiveness. In parallel, targeted capacity-building initiatives are being undertaken to equip frontline personnel with the skills required for efficient service delivery. The project is also fostering an enabling environment for piloting and scaling innovative solutions, supporting the adoption of context-appropriate technologies and practices to enhance overall system performance and sustainability.
